A growing law firm located in the western zone of Monterrey (near Plaza Cumbres, between Alejandro de Rodas and Ruíz Cortines) is seeking a DATA ENTRY CLERK – ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST or a professional holding a degree in Criminology or Law (desirable), proficient in Microsoft Office for preparing insurance claim reports, as we work with various national insurance companies. Candidates must have administrative and/or billing experience, strong computer skills, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Paint), with the following qualifications: \- Ability to type quickly on a computer to prepare reports and digital invoices; manage file control; maintain constant communication with staff from other cities to meet response deadlines.\- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in Billing; experience in insurance companies (desirable).\- Age between 20 and 35 years.\- Gender: Unrestricted.\- Excellent service-oriented and proactive attitude.\- Professional appearance.\- Must reside in the municipalities of Monterrey or García, N.L., no more than 45 minutes from the aforementioned area (mandatory).
