Leadership and teamwork **THE JOY OF CHILDREN \*\*\*\*\* IS SEEKING \*\*\*\*\*\*\*** **\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*ENVIRONMENTAL OR CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST\*\*\*\*\***\*\*\*\*\*\*\* Age: 26–35 years Education Level: BACHELOR’S DEGREE; Field of Study: CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY (DIPLOMA AND LICENSE REQUIRED) Skills: Leadership Teamwork Creativity Decision-making Strong sense of responsibility and commitment Frustration tolerance Assertive communication **Knowledge of and sensitivity toward vulnerable populations** **Experience: Intervention with children and vulnerable populations.** **Intervention and knowledge regarding violence.** Personnel management. * Daily Responsibilities: Ensure the proper functioning of all structural components (schedules, routines, programs, processes, regulations, discipline, responsibilities) * Supervise that all house activities are carried out in accordance with the established structure. * Develop activity programs. * Provide ongoing training to staff responsible for children’s care. * Implement and monitor behavioral strategies. * Provide emotional support to children when required. * Keep the clinical psychologist informed about observed behaviors and mood states of children and adolescents residing at the institution—especially those receiving psychological care. * Propose improvements for assigned tasks and carry out any additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or management team related to the scope of work.
