




Job Summary: Administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, document care provided, and assist with minor medical procedures, while maintaining effective communication and patient safety. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administer medications and treatments 2. Perform wound care and procedures 3. Participate in training and continuous improvement · Administer medications and treatments according to medical prescriptions. · Monitor vital signs and general conditions of residents/patients. · Document all care provided and procedures performed in the clinical record. · Assist with minor medical and surgical procedures. · Perform wound care, catheter placement, intravenous therapy, and other procedures within the scope of nursing practice. · Maintain effective communication with patients, family members, and the multidisciplinary team. · Comply with patient safety protocols, infection control, and biosafety standards. · Report promptly any changes in the patient’s health condition. · Participate in training sessions, service meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives within the nursing department.
