Responsibilities: Support the control and validation of information related to employee payments. Review and reconcile accounting records linked to compensation and benefits. Prepare financial and administrative reports related to personnel costs. Validate incidents and variations impacting payroll processes. Coordinate with accounting and human resources departments to ensure accurate integration of information. Maintain up-to-date documentation and internal controls for the department. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, certified. 1–3 years of experience in accounting or HR-related administrative processes. Knowledge of reconciliations, financial reporting, and administrative control. Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. High attention to detail and confidentiality in handling information.
