We are proud to invite committed professionals to join our team as **MONITOR** at our Call Center located in Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, CDMX. **Position Requirements:** * Customer service experience — monitoring * Live near the southern area or have no issue with commuting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in the field **Position Responsibilities:** * Respond to panic buttons and monitor via GPS. * Provide support during emergency situations for our clients. * Conduct risk analysis across different regions of the country. * Prepare reports. **What We Offer:** * Total compensation: $15,500 to $16,500 gross monthly (comprising salary, attendance bonus, and food vouchers). Compensation is determined based on fulfillment of the above requirements. * We offer 3 shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. * One day off per week (non-rotating). * Statutory benefits from day one (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, profit-sharing, Christmas bonus, vacation, etc.). * Life insurance with 12-month coverage. * Uniform provided in the first month (pants and shirt). * Paid training in the field and on topics of interest. * Permanent employment contract with the company.
