Customer service and continuous improvement OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Operational Duties Coordinate full coverage of assigned services. Supervise proper implementation of general and specific instructions. Implement work plans and operational strategies. Address operational incidents (absences, accidents, conflicts, emergencies). Verify personnel appearance, discipline, and performance. Administrative Duties Manage staffing schedules and service roles. Validate pre\-payroll data and personnel incidents. Prepare operational reports and statistics. Manage personnel onboarding, offboarding, and turnover in coordination with HR. Customer Service Maintain constant communication with clients. Conduct periodic supervision visits. Handle complaints and develop improvement plans. Present executive reports on results.
