Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Commercial Executive for the maintenance of refrigerated industrial warehouses, responsible for prospecting, customer follow-up, and commercial department support. CRM update and maintenance Company specializing in the maintenance of refrigerated industrial warehouses seeks a JUNIOR COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE **Requirements:** \- Minimum age: 24 years. \- Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations, or related field. \- Experience (0–2 years) in customer service, negotiation and closing processes, identifying and following up on sales opportunities, customer (conventional and lead) management, customer service, and telesales. \- Knowledge of sales techniques and processes, prospecting techniques, planning and execution of sales plans, use and knowledge of customer relationship management tools (CRM), presentation and videoconferencing tools, and Microsoft Office. Desirable experience in industrial sector sales, corporate sales, and dealing with companies. **Responsibilities:** \- Prospect potential customers via phone calls, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals. \- Attend to and follow up with customers (leads) as well as assigned sales opportunities from the commercial department. \- Update and maintain internal CRM and databases. \- Provide support to the commercial department in tracking various stages of the sales process (inquiries, quotations, proposal presentations, negotiation, and closing). \- Assist in managing schedules, preparing presentations, and organizing commercial meetings. \- Prepare performance reports for the department (sales status). **We Offer:** \- Negotiable salary based on experience and competencies. \- Biweekly payments. \- Statutory benefits. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. \- Position located in Cuautitlán, State of Mexico.
