Because why not do it all? **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** ----------------------------------------- * Development of new products and process according to the needs of the organization, through VAVE\-CRB projects. * Define and pilot validation plans for new developments. * Lead reduction of product and process costs, as part of local and/or global initiatives. * Participate by generating ideas for improvement and executing projects to promote savings by DMAIC projects. * Review of customer drawings to ensure feasibility analysis based on technical documentation for product definition. * Setting up to BOMs and routing into ERP for finished goods and customer quote process. * Identify and report KPIs related to product processing. * Work with the organization to identify and communicate improvement opportunities for cost reduction, increased productivity, etc. * Participate in internal and external audits regarding; ISO 9001, 14001 \& 45001\. * Develop, execute and contribute to action plans arising from audit process. **Requirements and Preferred Skills** ------------------------------------- * Minimum 3 years of experience as Process or Product Engineering. * Minimum 3 years’ experience applying core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, CP, etc.). * Bachelor’s degree in chemical Eng., industrial Eng. materials, or related field. * Advanced English skills to attend headquarters’ meeting. * Solid understanding of statistical software (Minitab, JMP, etc.). * Familiarity with ERP tools (Oracle or another system). * Excellent communication, facilitation and problem\-solving skills. * Strong organizational skills and detail\-oriented with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced, energetic environment. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Prior knowledge of and experience in Lean Manufacturing. * Experience working with geographically distributed teams of planners, project leaders, and other support resources. * Basic maintenance and manufacturing experience is desired. **About You** ------------- * Strategic thinker, able to understand and help design technology, process development and maintain customer focus. * High level of written and oral communication skills. * Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non\-technical people. * Consensus builder, able to move both technical and non\-technical people to action. * Passionate about continuous learning and certification in industry best practices. * Ability to work and thrive in a highly collaborative, and dynamic environment.
