**Job Responsibilities**
* Provide service and follow-up to domestic and international customers.
* Manage requests, clarifications, and requirements promptly.
* Analyze service data to identify areas for improvement.
* Prepare performance and customer satisfaction reports.
* Support conflict resolution using negotiation techniques.
* Maintain consistent communication with internal departments to ensure appropriate response times.
