Position Objective Ensure the continuity of operations for Grupo's Business Units through the management of operational, construction, and service permits, as well as handling and resolving requirements with authorities at any level. Main Functions Negotiate and manage the acquisition of operating permits. \*Attend, prepare, and present reports and legal summaries during hearings. \*Manage and verify monetary funds allocated for procedures according to policy (advances). \*Handle and pay for vehicle-related procedures. \*Conduct periodic fixed asset inventories for the business units served. Candidate Profile Experience in processing paperwork with authorities (minimum 1 year). \*Desirable experience as a branch administrator/process logistics. \*Experience in managing procedures and/or permits with any authority, incident handling, inventory control, hearing attendance. \*Knowledge in Administration and Finance. \*Familiarity with current legislation. \*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
