**Collection Manager** **Objective:** Recover the amount of overdue balances within the policies and procedures authorized by **CREDIFLEXI**, through the application and execution of controls and procedures that allow reducing, controlling and mitigating portfolio uncollectibility risk levels, and consequently reducing the institution’s delinquency rates. **Education:** High school diploma **AGE:** 25 TO 45 YEARS **Gender:** Indifferent **Experience:** Minimum 1 year performing individual and group credit collection activities. * Collection both at branch and in the field * Account analysis and negotiation * Use of technological tools for management * Analyze assigned portfolio to design a specific collection strategy for each client * Review assigned files * Conduct collection calls and visits * Monitor customer compliance with payment agreements * Responsible handling of cash receipts in the field * Management of guarantee deposits **BASE SALARY + COMMISSIONS** **WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL:** YES **OWN VEHICLE OR MOTORCYCLE REQUIRED** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
