




**Job Responsibilities** \- Review, manage, and follow up on collections and credit memos. \- Review digital platforms (self-service). \- Manage customer account statements to identify overdue payments. \- Apply customer payments in SAE. \- Prepare reports. \- Enter documents. \- Follow up on emails. \- Collect delivery evidence. \- Register customers in SAE. \- Timely and accurate preparation of payment complements. \- Ensure revenue reconciliation vs. invoices. Send collection status.
