They will be responsible for supervising and ensuring achievement of operational objectives, optimizing processes, and maintaining stations in optimal condition. Personnel management experience is mandatory. Main Responsibilities: Fueling system inspection Inspection of dispatchers and corresponding plants Recording staff incidents Scheduling and logistical coordination of staff Requirements: Experience in logistics and personnel management. Experience in operational planning and KPI-driven work. Knowledge of LP gas regulations (not mandatory). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Leadership and personnel management skills. Ability to work under pressure, make decisions, and collaborate effectively in a team. Strong planning and organizational capabilities. Sense of urgency and results orientation. Leadership attitude, proactivity, responsibility, tolerance, and respect. Additional Requirements: Availability to cover shifts as needed.
