Objective: Coordinate and ensure proper planning, execution, and monitoring of internal and external shipments, guaranteeing on-time deliveries, efficient routes, and vehicles in optimal condition. Requirements: Education: Completed technical or bachelor’s degree in logistics, administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 2 years as logistics, warehouse, or shipment supervisor. Employment stability. Knowledge of route planning, vehicle control, logistics coordination, packing, and package tracking platforms. Proficiency in digital monitoring tools. Valid driver’s license. Responsibility, commitment, and results orientation. Responsibilities: Coordinate the driver team and assign daily or emergency routes. Plan and supervise shipments, loading, unloading, and package assembly (packing). Maintain constant communication with production, warehouse, quality, and procurement departments to schedule shipments and assign drivers. Manage logistics with courier companies and external suppliers for order pickup and delivery. Monitor routes and delivery compliance, addressing incidents in real time. Control shipment documentation, proof of delivery, and dispatch records. Supervise vehicle maintenance, vehicle control, and related administrative procedures (license plates, insurance, inspections). Track mechanical failures and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures.
