EXPERIENCE IN: MANAGEMENT OF TRUSTED PERSONNEL **WORK HOURS:** MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00 AM TO 6:00 PM SATURDAYS 8:00 AM TO 1:00 PM **SALARY:** $14,000 NET **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\.\- Ensure timely supply of qualified and reliable operators, complying with safety standards to guarantee continuity of logistics operations. 2\.\- Fill operator vacancies within a maximum of 15 business days from the request issued by Operations Management. 3\.\- Ensure that 100% of hired candidates have successfully completed background verification (R-Control), hold a valid Federal Driver’s License, and have passed the medical examination prior to boarding the vehicle. 4\.\- Ensure that 100% of new hires complete their administrative onboarding process (contract signing, IMSS registration, training, etc.) on their first day of work.
