Register, locate, and manage all pending shipments awaiting dispatch to route via the platform, enabling physical identification of items on the platform and verification that every item has a corresponding “pending” status recorded on the platform. * Analyze fuel efficiency across routes. Conduct daily audits to monitor fuel loading (both high and low efficiency) to provide data to supervisors for preventing fuel misuse and theft. * Report reconciliation results and fuel efficiency audit outcomes to the supervisor. Document and submit the daily report upon completion of route reconciliations and fuel efficiency audits, enabling the supervisor to implement corrective and/or preventive actions with operators/routes experiencing issues to avoid recurrence.
