Analyze large volumes of operational data **Operational Quality Specialist** ------------------------------------- ### **Purpose of the Position** Monitor, analyze, and control national operational quality from HQ using analytical tools (primarily Excel) to identify deviations, generate insights, and ensure data-driven decision-making. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze large volumes of operational data to detect service quality deviations. * Build and automate Excel reports (dashboards, pivot tables, data cross-referencing). * Track operational KPIs (SLA, delivery times, incidents, productivity). * Identify root causes and propose data-based corrective actions. * Consolidate information from various departments and generate executive reports for HQ. * Remotely monitor hub performance and last-mile operations. * Ensure proper execution of operational standards through data analysis. * Collaborate with operational teams to provide visibility and follow-up on deviations. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, operational quality, or similar areas. * **Advanced Excel (mandatory):** Pivot tables * Advanced formulas (XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, etc.) * Handling large databases * Data cross-referencing and cleaning * Desirable: macros or automation * Operational KPI analysis * Logistics process logic (desirable) * Data visualization tools (Power BI – plus, not mandatory) ### **We Offer** * Base salary of $15,000 MXN per month (gross) * Bonus of 15% of base salary * Vouchers worth 10% of base salary * Life insurance * Statutory benefits * Growth opportunities within a high-volume operation * Exposure to national operations * Dynamic and challenging work environment
