Operation of tracking platforms and communication with drivers. **Purpose:** Monitor units in real time via satellite tracking to ensure safety, route compliance, and implementation of incident response protocols. **Main Responsibilities:** * Continuous satellite monitoring (SAMSARA or other platforms). * Immediately report incidents to the Security Supervisor/Coordinator. * Create and manage geofences. * Apply security protocols in case of theft or accident. * Send transportation orders to the operations department. * Maintain communication with drivers and report contingencies. * Prepare speeding violation reports. * Monitor the operation of security equipment and report malfunctions. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical degree preferred). * 1 year of experience in monitoring, logistics, or security. * Proficiency in tracking platforms, Microsoft Office, and communication tools. **Competencies:** Attention to detail, decision-making under pressure, analytical skills, effective communication, and teamwork. **Conditions:** * Availability for rotating shifts Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.89 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
