Job Summary: Integrate unit information, ensure GPS monitoring, conduct unit sweeps, manage statuses, attend to operators, and identify and resolve risk situations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Integration and monitoring of units in the database. 2. Ensure 100% of units are equipped with GPS and validate platform access. 3. Application of security protocols in response to irregular movements. Join our DTI team. 1\.\- Enter complete unit information into our system's database to ensure proper unit monitoring. 2\. Ensure that 100% of units registered in the system are equipped with GPS, validate correct platform access, and satellite positioning updates. 3\. Conduct the “Unit Sweep” via phone calls and GPS to verify the status of all operational units. 4\. Update statuses in the system for all operational units. 5\. Provide unit statuses to clients whenever requested. 6\. Respond to operator calls and messages. 7\. Promptly identify irregular unit movements that jeopardize operator safety, equipment, or cargo, and apply engine cutoff as needed. 8\. Trigger established security protocols in case of a potential incident. 9\. Ensure units transit according to scheduled times for each type of stop and within authorized parking locations. 10\. Use tracking platforms.
