Incident reporting and security supervision **Responsibilities:** * Assign and communicate circulation routes to operators based on the travel plan. * Deliver and collect travel documentation and correspondence for operators. * Provide clear instructions regarding routes, authorized stops, and required operations. * Indicate safety protocols. * Maintain constant communication with operators for tracking and incident handling. * Conduct follow-up calls to operators according to frequency and risk zones. * Prepare daily incident and relevant event reports. * Monitor security cameras at facilities, entrances, and exits.
