Job Summary: Remotely supervise and monitor the transit of goods and the operator's well-being, ensuring proper equipment operation and adherence to security protocols. Key Responsibilities: 1. Remote monitoring of incidents occurring during goods transportation 2. Supervision of proper GPS equipment operation 3. Real-time vehicle monitoring and route control Provide optimal remote monitoring of all incidents occurring during the transportation of goods, as well as ensure the operator's well-being. · Supervise proper GPS equipment operation in vehicles. · Update reports and maintain logbook records. · Track safe route trajectories. · Monitor vehicles in real time. · Control speeding violations and route deviations. · Follow security protocols. · Report incidents occurring during transit to the relevant department. · Submit monthly incident reports. · View vehicle onboard camera feeds. · Report incidents to the relevant departments. · Supervise proper GPS operation. · Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that correspond to the nature of this position.
