Job Summary: Provides technical assistance to operators and monitors units to ensure safety and route compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Constant assistance and monitoring of operators. 2. Ensuring unit security and tracking. 3. Generation of key operational reports. We are Transporte y Servicios STN, a national-level transportation and hydrocarbon marketing company. Position: Monitoring Assistant Mandatory Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance to operators during operations; control and record general operator incidents to ensure and safeguard units. Supervise activities performed by the monitoring assistant. * Ensure company unit security. * Verify that units are on route according to the trip schedule. * Update base reports on loading, unloading, and unit movement hourly. * Verify GPS functionality; if not working, generate a report to the provider. * Report to management any units failing to depart from the yard according to the scheduled departure time. * Assist operators with questions or concerns while en route. * Communicate incidents and road weather forecasts to operators via WhatsApp. * Prepare daily unit inventory report for the yard. * Prepare daily report on cargo downtime at Pemex. * Activate and follow established protocols for accident and/or theft response. * Verify completed trips (operator performance). * Monitor operator speeding violations. * Assist documentation operator for units. * Report Pemex and national trip history. * Comply with company-established safety guidelines. * Comply with Quality Policy.
