We seek a candidate with a strong results-oriented mindset, proficiency in managing **logistics indicators (KPIs)**, and experience in **supply chain operations**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. * 2 years of experience in logistics operations or transportation. * Experience coordinating operational teams. * Knowledge of transportation, distribution, or warehouse processes. * Proficiency in Excel and indicator analysis. * Flexible availability. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate transportation and distribution logistics operations. * Supervise operational teams: dispatchers, drivers, assistants, and warehouse staff. * Plan and monitor distribution routes. * Ensure service compliance with customers. * Manage operational incidents, delays, and delivery deviations. * Coordinate with internal departments: traffic, customer service. * Optimize fleet utilization, personnel, and logistics resources. * Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and cargo control. **Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** **We offer a monthly salary of $14,000 net** **Join our team!** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
