What will you do? * Ensure that **all units depart on time** and with the correct load. * Supervise **15 to 20 units**, ensuring compliance with our high delivery standards (minimum 98% effectiveness). * Monitor routes punctually and coordinate their proper closure. * Resolve any operational issues in the field: * Validation of unrecognized deliveries. * Coordination of **route rescue** (ambulances). * Handling incidents involving operators and customers.
