Job Description At **Transportes Elola**, we are looking for a **Labor Relations Analyst** responsible for promoting a healthy and productive work environment while ensuring compliance with labor legislation and the company’s internal policies. This position will be pivotal in **labor conflict management, employee separation processes, document control, and regulatory compliance**, contributing to maintaining fair and efficient labor relations within the organization. **LABOR RELATIONS ANALYST** Main Responsibilities * Manage **employee separation processes (resignation or termination)** in coordination with the Legal Department. * Prepare **administrative minutes, resignation letters, warnings, and other labor-related documents**. * Administer the **entire employee separation process**, including exit interviews and final settlement follow-up. * Respond to **summonses, conciliations, and requests from labor authorities**. * Control and safeguard **labor files and individual employment contracts**. * Monitor and follow up on **contract expirations and renewals**. * Address employee complaints and support the **resolution of internal conflicts**. * Manage **vacations, leaves, absences, and staff attendance**. * Perform **employee onboarding and offboarding in the internal system**. * Prepare **monthly reports** on separations, legal proceedings, absenteeism, and administrative minutes. * Participate in **labor inspections conducted by authorities**. * Advise employees on **benefits and internal services**.
