Requirements: * Excellent appearance * Minimum 2 years of HR experience * Completed bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration or related field * 50% office / 50% fieldwork * Residence near Luis Encinas and Solidaridad * Flexible schedule availability Knowledge of: * Proficiency in IDSE, SUA, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and CONTPAQ platforms * Knowledge of NOM-035 * Mastery of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Competency-based interviews * Recruitment for operational and administrative positions (mid-level management) * Hiring process (reference checks, psychometric tests, medical exams, hiring package) * Onboarding * Safety walkthroughs * Management, distribution, and control of tools and work uniforms * Development of visual materials (recruitment and internal campaigns) * Execution of the training plan * New hire evaluations at 30, 60, and 90 days * Organizational climate * Candidate database management * Recruitment platforms Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
