Professional stability and development Lead and coordinate human talent management strategies within the organization, ensuring that recruitment, selection, development, retention, and welfare practices align with the business vision, values, and objectives. Serve as the liaison between management and employees, fostering a culture of integrity, excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Recruitment and selection of operational staff (tractor-trailer operators, yard personnel, traffic staff) and administrative staff. * Payroll administration, incident management, and contract administration. * Coordinate training programs for staff. * Preparation of human capital reports and indicators (KPIs). * Workplace climate. * General administration of the Human Resources department. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources. * Experience recruiting operational and administrative staff (transportation industry experience preferred). * Knowledge of onboarding processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT). * Residency in Manzanillo, preferably in the Jalipa area. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits + food vouchers. * Professional stability and development.
