Secure the load properly to prevent damage or accidents. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Position:** Full Operator – Gondola Handling **Department:** Traffic and Logistics **Location:** Ciudad Sahagún, Hidalgo **At MCNO we are seeking:** **Full Operator – Gondola** **Position Objective** Safely and efficiently operate **Full (double trailer)** units with **gondola**, ensuring proper transportation of assigned vehicles and/or cargo, in compliance with current regulations, company internal policies, and corporate objectives. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Operate **Full (double trailer)** units with **gondola** for vehicle transportation. * Conduct basic physical and mechanical inspections of the unit before, during, and after trips. * Secure the load properly on the gondola to prevent damage or accidents. * Adhere to assigned routes, schedules, and deliveries. * Complete trip logs, mileage reports, fuel records, and incident reports. * Comply with Traffic Regulations, SCT standards, and road safety policies. * Immediately report mechanical failures, accidents, or hazardous situations. * Maintain the unit clean and in good condition. * Follow instructions from the Logistics Department and supervision. **Requirements** * Minimum education: **Completed Secondary School**. * Valid federal driver’s license. * Minimum **2 years** of experience operating **Full and gondola** units. * Knowledge of: * Gondola maneuvering. * Vehicle securing procedures. * Out-of-town routes. * SCT regulations and road safety. * Willingness to travel. * Good physical condition. * Responsible attitude with a strong focus on safety. **Competencies** * Responsibility and commitment. * Defensive driving. * Working under pressure. * Adherence to rules and procedures. * Honesty and discipline. **Working Conditions** * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Competitive salary. * Positive work environment.
