Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico. **Fleet Supervisor** Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **Job Description:** We are looking for a **Fleet Mechanic** to coordinate the efficient operation of our transportation vehicles, ensuring route compliance, preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as responsible use of assigned resources. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the availability and assignment of transportation units. * Supervise operational staff (drivers, operators, assistants). * Ensure compliance with scheduled routes and timetables. * Monitor fuel consumption and mileage. * Verify documentation and mechanical conditions of vehicles. * Manage preventive and corrective maintenance. * Record incidents and reports, and support continuous service improvement. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or incomplete degree in logistics, mechanics, or related field. * Minimum experience: 1 year as fleet or transportation supervisor. * Knowledge of routes, traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance. * Experience with logbooks, fuel control, and GPS (desirable). * Availability to work **Monday to Friday and Saturday**, fixed schedule. * Valid driver’s license. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Positive work environment * Opportunities for professional development Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
