Karri México is a **logistics company** founded in **2020**, with a clear objective: **to revolutionize how deliveries and logistics operations are managed**. **Job Objective:** Support the execution and control of first-mile and last-mile operational activities from service center dispatch points, contributing to on-time delivery and efficient resource utilization. Monitor logistics processes to their final destination, following established guidelines and with support from the operations team, using technological tools and operational reports. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support daily operational startup tracking, verifying vehicle, driver, and necessary equipment availability for the shift. * Provide basic operational support to customers and operators during the shift, routing incidents and inquiries according to defined procedures. * Record and track incidents reported by customers—such as delays, undelivered items, waiting times, or shopper absence—and escalate cases as appropriate. * Prepare and update daily records per driver, supporting payment control, performance tracking, and adherence to operational KPIs. * Support weekly planning review, validating demand coverage and reporting needs for additional vehicles. * Record, validate, and maintain up-to-date operational information on platforms. **Requirements:** * Prior experience (internships, social service, or up to 1 year) in operational, logistics, or first-mile/last-mile areas is desirable. * Interest in operational management and working with field personnel. * Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite. * Intermediate Excel skills (tables, filters, formulas). * Ability to prepare and maintain operational reports. **We Offer:** * Salary: $13,000 gross monthly * Statutory benefits * Additional days off (birthday, moving, etc.) * Short-term growth opportunities * Dynamic work environment * Ongoing training **If you're interested, apply through this channel and be part of the change!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 \- $12,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote work in Colonia Anzures, CDMX
