Assign routes, shifts, and workloads. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs). Manage operational incidents (delays, returns, lost items). Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies. Generate operational reports and track results. Coordinate with internal departments such as warehouse and customer service. Requirements: Completed bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field). Minimum 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations or last-mile delivery.
