





Loading and unloading: Load and unload products into the vehicle, ensuring they are properly protected to prevent damage during transport. Route planning: Identify the most efficient routes for deliveries, considering factors such as traffic, distance, and road conditions. Package delivery: Deliver packages or goods to customers at designated locations, following instructions and obtaining corresponding delivery confirmations. Vehicle maintenance: Perform periodic vehicle inspections, reporting any issues or malfunctions that could affect its operation. Customer service: Interact with customers during deliveries, answering questions, resolving minor issues, and maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. Document management: Keep records of completed deliveries, complete necessary documentation (waybills, invoices, etc.), and report any incidents. Road safety: Comply with traffic and road safety regulations, driving responsibly and avoiding any risky situations. Other Functions: Collaborate with other company departments, such as logistics or sales, to ensure operational efficiency. Assist customers when necessary, providing information about goods or deliveries. Manage documentation related to deliveries and pickups. (collect Proof of Receipt) Fuel: Manage the fuel card assigned by the company to each driver for the assigned vehicle's consumption. Report gasoline usage for each load with pump tickets, receipts, and/or invoices properly included in the Expense Report. Verify the proper functioning of the odometer and other accessories used to measure fuel efficiency in Km/L. Driver's license: Valid federal license appropriate for the type of vehicle used. Route knowledge: Familiarity with streets and delivery area routes. Driving skills: Safe and efficient driving, with the ability to operate different types of vehicles. Customer service skills: Excellent customer interaction and communication. Organization and planning: Ability to plan routes, manage time, and prioritize tasks. Responsibility and commitment: Adherence to schedules and delivery deadlines, taking responsibility for assigned tasks. Physical endurance: Ability to perform loading and unloading tasks, frequently entering and exiting the vehicle. Basic mechanical knowledge: Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and detect potential problems. Other Knowledge: Basic inventory handling, use of material handling equipment (pallet jack), and knowledge of traffic regulations are valued.
