DE C.V.** is seeking a **Vehicle Fleet Manager** responsible for administering, controlling, and monitoring the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring its proper operation, legal compliance, and timely maintenance. **Main Responsibilities:** * Control and tracking of fleet documentation (circulation permits, inspections, insurance, etc.) * Scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance * Management of vehicle-related procedures with government agencies (registrations, deregistrations, license plates, road taxes, inspections, etc.) * Management of vehicle yard operations * Implementation of documents related to units and operators * Fuel and toll disbursement * Supervision of appropriate unit usage by personnel * Reporting of incidents, accidents, or damages * Expense control and service logbook management * Legal compliance for vehicles and operators * Implementation of usage policies **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma or incomplete/completed bachelor’s degree in administration or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle fleet management or logistics * Experience handling payment cards and disbursements * GPS system proficiency * Knowledge of vehicle-related procedures and regulations * Basic/intermediate Excel skills * Valid driver’s license * Organizational skills, responsibility, and sense of urgency * WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday * Meal vouchers * Statutory benefits Employment type: Full-time Salary: $12,585.18 - $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms * Meal vouchers Work location: On-site employment
