At Dylsa Proyectos, we are looking for a **Licenses Manager** responsible for processing and tracking procedures with government agencies, primarily related to operating licenses, land-use permits, notifications, approvals, and other permits required for our clients’ operations. The candidate will be responsible for file integration, procedure submission, process tracking, and maintaining direct communication with authorities and clients. Main Responsibilities * Submitting and tracking operating license applications. * Managing land-use permits, opening notifications, and permits with relevant government agencies. * File integration, review, and control. * Visiting government agencies and municipal offices. * Collecting and delivering documentation to clients. * Updating databases and tracking application statuses. * Scheduling appointments and following up until license issuance. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in license management or government procedures. * Knowledge of procedures at Mexico City municipal offices and State of Mexico government agencies (desirable), as well as other states. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong verbal communication and client interaction skills. * Ability to organize and track multiple procedures simultaneously. * Willingness to perform fieldwork.
