We are seeking a High Morality Collections Manager Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM. ́ Responsibilities: In-home collections, client negotiation, address verification, generation and follow-up of payment commitments, management of overdue accounts. : * Completed high school diploma (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle or vehicle (mandatory) / Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Experience in early-stage or charged-off account recovery (preferred). * Knowledge of the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum salary expectation of $25,000 per month. : * Base salary ($12,596 monthly, paid biweekly). * Training bonus of $300.00 MXN per week (for the first 8 weeks). * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during interview; earnings exceeding $25,000 monthly contingent upon performance).
