




Job Summary: We are seeking a Vehicle Fleet Manager to comprehensively manage and control our vehicle fleet, handling administrative procedures as well as accident-related matters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and control the vehicle fleet. 2. Conduct vehicle inventories and regularization. 3. Handle vehicle accidents and related procedures. We are growing and seeking talent with strategic vision, commitment, and passion for business and communications. **Vacancy: Vehicle Fleet Manager** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school or technical degree * (Desirable: Law intern or related fields) * Experience: Minimum 3 years in vehicle fleet management or similar positions * Valid driver’s license: Type A2 CDMX (motorcycle and automobile) * Proficiency in basic tools: Microsoft Office suite **Responsibilities:** * Control and safeguarding of fleet files (motorcycles and cars). * Updated inventory of vehicles, responsible personnel, and accountability documents. * Management and control of traffic violations. * Payment and tracking of vehicle registration fees (tenencias). * Renewal of vehicle insurance policies. * Renewal and replacement of vehicle circulation permits (tarjetas de circulación). * Registration of license plates for new vehicles (motorcycles and cars). * Regularization of vehicles with issues at the Vehicle Registry. * Release of vehicles from impound lots in CDMX and Estado de México. * Handling, monitoring, tracking, and accompanying processes related to vehicle accidents. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of 13,000.00 * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:30 pm * Food vouchers * Savings fund * Life insurance * Location: Azcapotzalco Apply through this channel and become part of the market-leading newspaper and a team focused on effective fleet management and control.
