Responsibilities: * In-home collections * Customer negotiation * Generation and follow-up on payment commitments Requirements: * Completed high school education (preferred). * Must own a motorcycle (mandatory) / Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * Experience in early-stage or charged-off account recovery (preferred but not mandatory). * Familiarity with the city / Results-oriented. * Minimum monthly income expectation of $25,000 We Offer: * Bi-weekly base salary * Guaranteed productivity bonus of $3,000 for the first 6 months (in addition to your commissions). * Monthly training bonus of $1,200 (for the first 2 months). * Excellent uncapped commission scheme (explained during interview; monthly income exceeding $25,000 is contingent upon performance). * Weekly gasoline allowance * IMSS (100% contribution from day one).
