Your responsibilities include on-site supervision of assigned portfolios and collection activities performed by collectors and supervisors, reporting on targets, interviewing new candidates for your team, as well as constantly traveling both within and outside the state to carry out such team supervisions. * The following is offered: * Base salary of $25,000 NET per month. * Productivity bonus * Grocery vouchers amounting to 7% of your salary. * Christmas bonus and vacation bonus.
