




Job Description and Activity Details * Provide technical support to end users in resolving incidents related to hardware, software, networks, and peripheral devices. * Administer and maintain computer equipment, printers, and other IT devices. * Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security patches. * Monitor IT infrastructure and ensure service availability. * Manage incident requests and reports using ticketing systems. * Support IT asset management (equipment inventory, licenses, and peripherals). * Collaborate with other departments to implement technological process improvements. * Support infrastructure projects and system migrations. * Comply with information security policies and data backup procedures. * Document technical procedures and solutions for internal use. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * 2–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and end-user desktop support. * English proficiency level: Advanced. * Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware components, and basic networking. * Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management tools. * Experience providing end-user IT and hardware support in a manufacturing or similar environment.
