




RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and keep employee personnel files up to date. Prepare incident reports. Handle internal HR systems for onboarding and offboarding. Provide assistance and follow-up on employee inquiries. Support the recruitment process. Coordinate logistics for internal events and training sessions. Draft employment certificates and internal announcements. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Manage the distribution of payroll receipts and identification credentials. REQUIREMENTS Basic knowledge of personnel administration. Proficiency in office software suites for report generation. Familiarity with office equipment. Ability to handle confidential information. Strong communication and empathy skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing personnel files. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
