The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany, and employs approximately 87,000 people across more than 100 locations worldwide. **Job Description** * Assigns activities and priorities to each respective Team Leader at the start of each shift to enable effective staff organization and full coverage of departmental operations. * Trains staff on departmental operations to meet the parent company’s productivity matrix standards. * Complies with and enforces the internal work regulations. * Issues disciplinary documents to uphold compliance with the internal work regulations. * Conducts and ensures completion of cyclic inventory counts according to the weekly plan within the warehouse. * Resolves any physical vs. system inventory discrepancies. * Monitors SAP for negative inventory balances and implements corrections. * Reports inventory variances requiring adjustments—and impacting inventory reliability—to the Inventory Key User. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Basic English proficiency. * Experience: + Personnel administration + SAP usage + Cyclic inventory counting * Knowledge: + SAP + Microsoft Office (primarily Excel) + Lean Manufacturing (VSM) + Power BI (desirable) **Additional Information** At AUMOVIO, we are committed to building an inclusive, non-discriminatory ecosystem in Mexico; these principles are embedded in our corporate philosophy and culture.
