Growth in SAP S/4HANA environment Role Purpose We are looking for an **SAP PP Consultant** to evaluate current **planning and production** processes within **SAP S/4HANA**, identifying deviations, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. The objective is to ensure that production operations align with **SAP best practices**, with scalable and efficient processes. Key Responsibilities **Process Evaluation (Fit\-to\-Standard)** * Analyze end\-to\-end planning and production processes * Evaluate current configuration against SAP S/4HANA Best Practices * Identify custom developments (Z) and unnecessary configurations * Identify unused standard functionalities **Planning (MRP)** * Evaluate MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes * Analyze use of MRP Live in S/4HANA * Review alignment among demand, supply, and capacity * Detect inconsistencies between planning and execution **Production Operations** * Evaluate execution of production orders * Identify bottlenecks at the plant * Analyze actual vs. planned production times * Detect manual or non\-SAP processes **Master Data** * Evaluate quality of BOMs (Bills of Materials) * Review routings and work centers * Analyze production structure * Detect inconsistencies impacting planning **Operational Integration** * Analyze integration with MM, SD, and EWM * Evaluate information flow between planning and execution * Identify impacts on production efficiency **Improvement Proposals** * Propose simplification of production processes * Identify quick wins * Reduce custom developments * Align operations with SAP standard **Stakeholder Collaboration** * Collaborate with production, planning, and supply chain teams * Translate operational issues into SAP solutions * Document findings and recommendations Deliverables PP module Fit\-to\-Standard diagnostic * AS\-IS vs TO\-BE mapping * Planning vs. execution evaluation * Diagnostic of production master data * Optimization roadmap * List of improvement opportunities Requirements **Mandatory:** * 3 to 6 years of experience in SAP PP * Experience in SAP S/4HANA * Experience in MRP and production execution * Knowledge of SAP Activate * Participation in Fit\-to\-Standard or Fit \& Gap **Desirable:** * Experience in manufacturing (discrete or process) * Advanced planning or high\-variability environments * Production optimization projects Key Skills * Analytical thinking applied to production * Understanding of plant processes * Identification of operational inefficiencies * Communication with operational teams * Change management We Offer * Strategic diagnostic and optimization project * Direct interaction with plant and supply chain * Hybrid work model * Growth in SAP S/4HANA environment Employment Type: Full\-time Salary: $600\.00 per hour Work Location: Remote hybrid in Mexico, Méx.
