




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior SAP IBP Consultant to optimize and migrate SAP IBP within an already implemented environment, improving processes and business user adoption. Key Highlights: 1. Lead SAP IBP migration, validation, and optimization activities. 2. Collaborate with functional and technical teams for process integration. 3. Proven experience as an SAP IBP implementer. We are looking for a **Senior SAP IBP Consultant** based in Mexico to support an on-site project for **SAP IBP optimization and migration** in Monterrey. The professional will work in an environment where IBP is already implemented but underutilized, focusing on validation, process improvement, optimization, and increased business user adoption. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as a **hands-on** consultant for SAP IBP (not greenfield). * Lead **migration, validation, optimization, and adoption** activities for IBP. * Work in parallel with ERP / S/4HANA programs. * Collaborate with functional and technical teams for integration and process alignment. * Support the design, configuration, and enhancements in planning. * Provide support to key users and business teams in using IBP. **Technical Scope (SAP IBP)** Required experience in the following modules: * **IBP Demand Planning** * **IBP Supply Planning** * **IBP Inventory** * **IBP S&OP** Additionally, prior experience or knowledge of SAP ECC/S4 modules is desirable, such as: * MM, SD, QM, PM, FI, and CO **Requirements** * Proven experience as an **SAP IBP implementer** (minimum 5–8 years). * Experience in projects where IBP was already live but required optimization. * Ability to work on parallel initiatives with ERP/S4. * **Spanish mandatory** and **professional-level English**. * Availability to work **100% on-site in Monterrey, Mexico**. * Experience in **CPG (consumer goods) or manufacturing** is a plus.
