




Job Summary: Responsible for document management, payment registration, and tax tracking, including supplier and customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of payment documents and tax compliance 2. Supplier service and customer collections follow-up 3. SAP B1 system operation and electronic invoicing review - Ensure compliance with policies and procedures regarding payment document registration. - Request account statements from suppliers to schedule payment dates. - Review current tax requirements for invoice acceptance and registration. - Register invoices and/or expense accounts for payment in the SAP B1 system. - Issue payment complements. - Review invoices compliant with electronic invoicing version 3.3 regulations. - Account reconciliation. - Supplier service. - Document filing and safekeeping. - Follow up on customer collections. Send account statements to customers. Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM.
