Control of physical progress, costs, and project quality. *OBJECTIVE*: A company engaged in construction and heavy machinery seeks a Pavement Construction Manager to coordinate and supervise pavement construction projects, ensuring compliance with the construction schedule, quality, safety, and cost control. The incumbent will be responsible for the operational management of the site, personnel handling, machinery supervision, and timely and proper achievement of project objectives. *RESPONSIBILITIES*: Supervise the execution of asphalt and hydraulic pavement construction works. Coordinate residents, supervisors, operators, and contractors. Develop and monitor the construction schedule. Control physical progress and daily production reports. Supervise laying, compaction, earthworks, and construction processes. Coordinate heavy machinery and pavement equipment. Verify compliance with technical specifications and quality requirements. Manage materials, supplies, and site resources. Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Control productivity, costs, and execution timelines. Attend meetings with clients, site supervision, and project management. Prepare estimates, generators, and executive reports.
