




Position Summary: Coordinate and execute Human Resources processes to ensure availability of qualified operational staff and operational continuity of projects. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and execution of HR processes in machinery and transportation. 2. Management of mass recruitment in the field and personnel administration. 3. Handling of personnel incidents and monitoring of workplace climate. POSITION OBJECTIVE: Coordinate and execute Human Resources processes within the machinery and transportation division, ensuring availability of qualified operational personnel (operators, mechanics, drivers), as well as compliance with administrative, labor, and field procedures that guarantee operational continuity of projects. ACTIVITIES: Execute mass recruitment processes in the field; coordinate interviews, screening, and hiring. Manage personnel onboarding, offboarding, and transfers; maintain personnel files; monitor contracts and documentation. Handle personnel incidents at construction sites (absenteeism, turnover, conflicts). Monitor workplace climate in the field. Implement internal policies and disciplinary procedures. Prevent labor conflicts. Share indicators to measure personnel turnover, time to fill vacancies, absenteeism, and staffing compliance. At Grupo HYCSA, we promote inclusion.
