




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in social security to provide comprehensive management of employer obligations before IMSS and INFONAVIT for construction projects. Mitigation of financial risks during audits A leading construction company is seeking: An Accounting Assistant with social security experience Responsible for the comprehensive management of employer obligations before IMSS and INFONAVIT, ensuring regulatory compliance for construction projects. The primary function is to control construction project records, affiliation movements, and mitigate financial risks arising from audits or authority requirements. Main Responsibilities • Registration and updates with IMSS • Affiliation Control (IDSE/SUA): Processing of registrations, terminations, and salary modifications (SDI). Calculation and validation of monthly and bimonthly contributions for worker-employer payroll taxes and housing loans. • Authority Liaison: Management of IMSS Virtual Desk, responding to requests, notifications, and fines. Negotiation and clarifications at sub-delegations. • Payroll-IMSS Linkage: Internal audit between Aspel NOI system and SUA reporting, ensuring alignment of incidents (disabilities, absences). • Credit and Benefit Management: Control of INFONAVIT and FONACOT withholdings, ensuring accurate deduction from workers' salaries. • Cost Strategy: Analysis of occupational injury frequency to determine Workers' Risk Premium and development of strategies for optimizing social security costs. • Registrations and terminations with IMSS EDUCATION • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Administration. • Experience: Minimum 2 years managing social security, preferably within the construction industry. • Essential Technical Knowledge: • Proficiency in SUA, IDSE, and IMSS Platform • Intermediate proficiency in Aspel NOI and Aspel COI • Knowledge of the Social Security Law • Office software proficiency (Advanced Excel for database cross-referencing). • Knowledge of REPSE • Negotiation skills • Sense of urgency • Critical analysis Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM Work location: Santa Fe, CDMX Benefits: • Salary increases • Company phone . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 2 years of experience Age: Between 20 and 33 years Knowledge: Aspel COI, IDSE, IMSS, Microsoft Excel, SUA Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, ayudante, asistente, auxiliar, aide
