Join JLL’s Events Team! JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an Event Assistant to support the team by executing operational tasks, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and preparedness for event delivery. This role protects Coordinators from administrative overload and supports operational efficiency. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operational Support: • Assist with event preparation, setup coordination, and execution • Maintain event checklists, materials, and documentation • Support coordination and confirmations with vendors • Ensure event venues are prepared according to event requirements Processes and Tools: • Update event calendars, trackers, and systems • Ensure information accuracy and integrity • Proactively identify discrepancies, risks, or missing information Collaboration: • Work closely with Analysts, MAC/Handman, and vendors • Support day-of-event logistics and post-event activities REQUIREMENTS: • 2–4 years of experience in events, hospitality, or office services • Fluent English required • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to follow processes and adapt in fast-paced environments Build your professional career in the events field with JLL!. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – General High School Diploma 1 year of experience Keywords: helper, assistant, auxiliary, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, events
