UBK Group, a real estate developer with years of experience in constructing vertical housing in CDMX, is seeking a Real Estate Advisor. What do you need? Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate (Mandatory). Flexible schedule availability to cover shifts at the development site (sales point). Knowledge of and experience managing mortgage loans. Adaptability. Strong communication skills and patience. We Offer: 2% commission per sale. (100% commission-based structure) Higher commission upon achieving sales targets. Timely weekly payments. Assignment of pre-qualified leads and appointments for sales closing. Apartments in CDMX available for pre-sale and immediate delivery. Sales training program. · Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential customers through on-site and online outreach. Provide advisory services to customers interested in purchasing one of our apartments. Identify customer needs and budget to enhance their experience. Effectively track sales processes and closings.
