Position Description Warehouse Supervisor at the Distribution Center located in Tepotzotlán, State of Mexico. We seek a Warehouse Supervisor (*Inbound* and *Outbound*) with experience to supervise and coordinate daily activities, including: receiving, material placement, storage, picking, packaging, and order shipment. The incumbent will implement productivity, quality, and customer service standards. The candidate must be capable of pursuing continuous improvement in day-to-day operations, reducing X-DOCK cycle times. Responsibilities * Supervise and enforce company policies and safety standards to ensure the safety of all employees. * Manage inventory (receipts and shipments). * Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet daily operational needs, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime. * Train, guide, and provide periodic feedback to staff to cultivate their skills and experience. * Collaborate with other departments, such as transportation, human capital, customer service, administration, among others. * Conduct periodic inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with quality standards (5S). * Manage and resolve warehouse-related issues or conflicts as they arise, ensuring prompt resolution. * Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including: productivity, inventory accuracy, Day 0 X-DOCK, among others, providing recommendations for improvement. +60 people reporting to this position. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field). * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Distribution Centers. * Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Proven ability to lead and coordinate operations and work teams. * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Flexibility to work rotating shifts—including all three shifts and weekends—as required by operational needs. * Excellent leadership, teamwork, self-learning, honesty, and loyalty.
